Should I size down when choosing shapewear shorts or bodysuit?

What is the difference between BASE and SCULPT shorts?

BASE shorts are perfect for people who want to enchance only their hip area and nothing else. SCULPT model gives a little more to those who want to have tummy control. The compressed waistband tightens the stomach area and snatches the waist.

Are the pads removable?

Yes! You can remove them and wash your shorts.

Can I wear your shapewear daily?

Our SHAPERINI shorts are quite comfortable for daily use. Most of our girls are wearing shorts on a daily basis.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We normally handle the process of shipping your order within 1-3 business days. However, please allow up to 3-5 business days during peak periods. The tracking number associated with your order is automatically emailed to you once the order is shipped from the warehouse.  You can use the tracking number here to check the current location of your order. Processing time is different than delivery time.

Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

For US and Canada, once your order is shipped from our US warehouse, your most orders should take 5-12 business days to arrive. There may be shipping or delivery delays due to high demand and supply chain issues. Also, if we just run out of stock, we still want to ship to you from our other warehouses in either Asia or Europe. If this is the case, allow extra 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered. 

Shipping times are between 7-14 business days for Europe and 9-17 business days for international orders. Due to Covid-19, shipping may take 1-4 weeks.

NOTE: We currently don't ship certain items to Austria, Greece, Cyprus, some parts of Africa, islands or disputed territories.

If you can select your country for shipping at checkout, that means that we do ship to your country.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping. All of our orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday).

Why is my order taking longer?

The following situations can sometimes cause deliveries to take a little longer:

  1. Courier service depots can sometimes get so busy that parcels are delayed whilst they wait to be scanned and processed.
  2. If your address is a long distance from the depot it can take an extra 1-2 days for items to be delivered. The further you are, the longer it takes by road.
  3. International orders can face delays whilst being checked at customs, then passed to different facilities before they make it to your address.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

Since we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. They are on the way. 

I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address, what can I do?

You MUST contact our support team immediately before it is too late at Once the packaging and shipping process starts, unfortunately we are no longer able to modify or cancel your order.


My order tracking shows the same thing

If you have received your tracking number but the courier's online tracking has not updated within 24 hours after your order dispatch, it is likely your parcel has not been scanned by the courier company yet or their online tracking system is taking longer to update.

My tracking number isn’t working, could you help me?

Tracking numbers usually become active within 1-2 business days after the shipment confirmation email has been sent. Please take into consideration that the tracking activity may experience delays caused by the shipping process.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. 

Item(s) returned to sender 

If item(s) is returned to sender for the following reasons or any other reasons that were due to recipient's fault, we will refund customers the cost of the item(s) only (total price less shipping cost).1. Customers failed to pick up the item(s) at the post office or refused delivery; or2. There was attempted delivery; or3. Item(s) being held until payment of custom fees and the customers did not pick up at the post office.We can resend the item(s) with a shipping cost of USD15 for each item or we can refund you but we will deduct USD15 for each item from the total refund amount.This policy applies despite our "free worldwide shipping" promotion.

My package got lost/was stolen, what can I do?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the address of delivery, as well as the date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to further investigate.


What can I do if I made a duplicate order?

If you have purchased the same physical product(s) more than once please contact our team immediately by sending an email and see if the duplicate order can be canceled. We cannot be held accountable for any issue that may occur after the processing time frame.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are currently NOT available.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

What can I do if my product is damaged?

Should you receive a product that is defective or has a fault, we will happily look into offering a resolution. Please contact our support team with the following information:

  • A full description of the fault
  • Photographic evidence attached
  • Please note issues of this nature need to be reported to us within 14 days.

Can I get a refund?

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds for the shapewear collection for hygienic reasons and on-sale items.

*SALE ITEMS can not be refunded.

What about the shipping costs for returning a product?

When returning an item, you will be responsible for the payment of the returning shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A trackable shipping method is mandatory, and we will not be able to process a refund if one is not used.
