Affiliate Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

1. Commission and Payout:

b. Payout Schedule: Payouts will be processed on the 1st and 15th day of each month, provided that the minimum payout threshold of $50 has been reached. If the minimum payout threshold has not been met, the commission will roll over to the next payout cycle until the threshold is reached.
c. Deductions: In the event that a customer returns a product or requests a refund after a commission has been paid, the corresponding commission amount will be deducted from the next payout.
2. Promotion and Advertising:
a. Content Usage: You are authorized to use promotional materials provided by Shaperini Shapewear for the sole purpose of promoting our shapewear products. This includes videos, images, and other marketing assets available on our website or shared directly with you.
b. Social Media Guidelines: When promoting our products on social media platforms, ensure that your content aligns with the platform's terms of service and community guidelines. Do not engage in any form of spamming, misleading advertising, or unethical practices.
c. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, related to Shaperini Shapewear and our products, shall remain the exclusive property of Shaperini Shapewear.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities:
a. Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while promoting our products. This includes but is not limited to compliance with FTC guidelines and disclosure requirements.
b. Accurate Representation: When promoting our products, provide accurate and truthful information about their features, benefits, and pricing. Do not make false or misleading claims.
c. Prohibited Activities: Do not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation of Shaperini Shapewear, including but not limited to spamming, defaming, or engaging in any illegal or unethical behavior.
4. Payment and Reporting:
a. Payment Method: Payments will be made to the affiliate marketer's designated Wise account or bank account, as specified during the signup process.
b. Reporting: You will have access to a personalized affiliate dashboard, which will provide information on clicks, conversions, and commissions generated through your affiliate links.
5. Termination:
a. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.
b. Shaperini Shapewear reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program if they violate any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
6. Modifications:
Shaperini Shapewear reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the affiliate marketer to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
