We offer a 30-day return policy, for damaged or wrong products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. When returning an item, you will be responsible for the payment of the returning shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A trackable shipping method is mandatory.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
We do not offer refunds for products on sale. If the bra has been tried on, we cannot accept its return based on hygiene and public safety considerations.

From the start of my experience all the way through to delivery and follow up from customer service, I must say that this is the absolute best experience I've had buying a bra. I had contacted the company to ask several questions about the fit and materials used in a wide variety of their bras. I was quickly given the information I requested and I was very pleased with the professionalism, promptness and friendliness of their customer service. Once I received my bra, I was impressed by the quality of the materials used as well as the true to fit sizing. I abhor wearing bras, and feel like I shouldn't have to wear them, so I already have a dislike for putting one on. That being said, I was impressed and extremely pleased by the comfort and barely there feel of the bra that I had chosen. I actually fell asleep with it on and woke up forgetting it was on. It wasn't until I was getting ready that I remembered it was on. That is a HUGE plus for me. I've used self adhering bras before, and after 1 to 2 wears I would always have to clean them and even then they didn't stick and form back like they originally did. I've not had this problem with this bra. It sticks perfectly every time and with a gentle hand wash and air dry goes right back to brand new. I will definitely be buying and trying out some of their other styles as well. I am beyond pleased with this entire experience and with everything about this bra overall. It gets 2 thumbs up from me for sure and I look forward to many more great experiences with this company and their superior products at discount prices.
I purchased this bra to wear with a strapless/backless dress at a wedding. When I first tried it on I was a bit sceptical, but I followed the directions and it went on really well.
I tried it for a night out at a friend’s before the wedding (brought a back up bra in case) and despite it being a very hot evening outside, the bra provided support and stayed in place the whole time. I wore it the next weekend at the wedding with no issues and the confidence to know it would work!
Easy to clean and have used 6 times now. Great value and works as advertised!
